SUBSTANCE MISUSE SUPPORT

We work with vulnerable people within agriculture to provide practical and emotional support, helping them navigate difficult periods with dignity and care.

SUICIDE PREVENTION

We offer resources and guidance to help prevent suicide and support those in crisis. We are here to help you or someone else when you are struggling.

MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT

We work to break down the stigma surrounding mental health and promote open conversations within rural communities, fostering a culture of growth and resilience.

CONFIDENTIALITY & SAFETY

We believe that safety and trust are the foundations of any meaningful support. At The Cresco Foundation, we are committed to maintaining the absolute confidentiality of every individual who reaches out to us. Our primary goal is to provide a safe, non-judgemental environment where you can speak openly about your mental health without fear of disclosure.

While we uphold strict confidentiality, we also have a duty to safeguard vulnerable individuals. If we identify a risk of harm to yourself or someone else, we will take appropriate action in line with safeguarding protocols. We are here to support you through difficult periods and to help you navigate the unique pressures of rural life.

If you are in an immediate emergency, please call 999 or 112. You can also contact us directly for confidential support services. We are here for you, day or night, to help you grow stronger and more resilient.

IMMEDIATE EMERGENCY

If you are in an immediate crisis or emergency, please call 999 or 112. For urgent mental health support, please call your local Mental Health Crisis Team. You are not alone, and help is available.
