Whether you are struggling with your mental health, concerned about someone else, experiencing difficulties with substance misuse, or simply need someone to talk to, Cresco is here to listen, support and help.

Whether you are struggling with your mental health, having a difficult day, or simply need someone to listen, our Field Line Text Support service is here for you. You can talk to us anonymously or, if you feel comfortable, tell us a little more about yourself so we can better support you.
We provide compassionate, practical support for people within agriculture who are experiencing difficulties with drugs or alcohol. Whether substance use is affecting you, your work, your relationships or your wellbeing, you don't have to face it alone. We offer a safe, non-judgemental space to talk and support you towards positive change.
Talking about suicide can be difficult, but starting the conversation can save a life. We provide compassionate support for people who may be experiencing suicidal thoughts, feeling overwhelmed or concerned about someone else. We are here to listen, understand what you're going through and help you take the next step towards safety and support.
Sometimes support needs to come to you. Wellies on the Ground provides free, face-to-face support within the agricultural community, meeting people where they are — whether that's on the farm, in the yard or somewhere you feel comfortable. We offer a listening ear, practical support and a safe space to talk without judgement.
Mental health matters, but conversations around it aren't always easy within agriculture and rural communities. We work to break down stigma, create safe spaces for honest conversations and provide compassionate support when things feel difficult. Whether you're struggling yourself or worried about someone else, you don't have to deal with it alone.

We believe that safety and trust are the foundations of any meaningful support. At The Cresco Foundation, we are committed to maintaining the absolute confidentiality of every individual who reaches out to us. Our primary goal is to provide a safe, non-judgemental environment where you can speak openly about your mental health without fear of disclosure.
While we uphold strict confidentiality, we also have a duty to safeguard vulnerable individuals. If we identify a risk of harm to yourself or someone else, we will take appropriate action in line with safeguarding protocols. We are here to support you through difficult periods and to help you navigate the unique pressures of rural life.
