How we can support you
You are more than welcome to use our Field Line text support service anonymously. Alternatively, if you're comfortable, you can choose to share your details with us. Where we're unable to provide the support you need, we can help signpost and navigate you towards the right NHS, specialist or community services. With your agreement, we can also offer follow-up support, so the conversation doesn't necessarily have to end after your first contact with us.
